Crevyro

Product tour · Instagram-first

A small signal. A useful next step.

Crevyro turns comments, DM keywords and supported story replies into creator-written conversations—then keeps the inbox, leads, accounts and activity visible when you need control.

How the product works

Follow the conversation, not a list of feature names.

Every part of Crevyro is designed around one path: notice an eligible Instagram interaction, send the response you prepared, keep the thread visible and step in when a real person is more useful than another rule.

Comment automation + Comment to DM

Turn public interest into a private next step.

Choose a post, Reel, broader eligible media or a supported next-media rule. Match a keyword or eligible comment, acknowledge it publicly if you want, then open the private conversation with the message you wrote.

1Store multiple public reply variations so acknowledgements do not feel copied and pasted.
2Deliver a guide, product page, booking link or another destination you control.
3Meta permissions and messaging eligibility still determine whether a specific interaction can be delivered.

Creator-written first message

DM keywords + Story replies + Follow-ups

Answer the words your audience already uses.

When someone sends “price”, “course” or another configured keyword, Crevyro can send the relevant creator-written reply. Supported story interactions can begin a similar path, and optional follow-ups keep the next step from being forgotten.

1Keep separate messages for separate intents instead of one generic response for everything.
2Ask for an email address when that is appropriate for the campaign and store it with the lead.
3Queue a timed follow-up only while the supported Instagram messaging window remains open.

Shared inbox + Leads

Automation starts the conversation. You can finish it.

The inbox keeps supported conversation history visible, while Leads adds the context needed to remember who interacted, why they arrived and what should happen next.

1Pause automation for a contact and reply manually when the question needs judgement.
2Use lead status, tags, notes, source and captured email details on eligible plans.
3Recent conversation history is retained according to the privacy policy rather than indefinitely.

Multiple Instagram accounts + Team access

Keep each account’s work in the right context.

Eligible plans can connect more than one Instagram professional account. Account-aware filters make it easier to see the automations, leads and activity associated with the profile you are managing.

1Filter automation lists by connected Instagram account, type, status and recent activity.
2Plan entitlements control the number of accounts and available team-member access.
3Workspace roles and backend tenant checks keep actions scoped to authorised access.

Activity + Usage + Automation management

See what ran before deciding what to change.

Activity history and usage controls make the automation less of a black box. Review deliveries and failures, understand plan consumption, then pause, duplicate or update a flow without guessing.

1Track automated-message usage and backend-enforced limits for the current billing cycle.
2Review recent automation and delivery events before troubleshooting a rule.
3Use status, account and automation-type filters to keep a larger workspace understandable.

Control around the workflow

The practical pieces matter too.

Crevyro is not only the trigger. It also includes the controls needed to run a monthly SaaS workspace responsibly.

Automation management

Draft. Test. Publish. Pause. Improve.

Keep the lifecycle of each flow clear, filter it by account and status, and retain manual control when a campaign changes.

Plan limits

Usage you can see.

Monthly message allowances and operational limits are enforced by the backend, not only shown in the interface.

Billing

Monthly access.

Manage subscription state, invoices and plan access from the same workspace.

Human handover

Know when to reply yourself.

Pause automation for a contact and continue the conversation manually.

Platform reality

Meta rules still apply.

Permissions, messaging windows, account eligibility and provider rate limits can affect feature availability.

Before you connect

Useful answers, without overpromising.

Crevyro runs rule-based workflows through supported Meta connections. It cannot bypass Instagram restrictions or guarantee that every account and interaction qualifies for every feature.

Does Crevyro write replies with AI?

No. The current workflows use the messages, keywords, public reply variations and links the creator configures.

Can I reply manually after an automation runs?

Yes. The inbox is designed for handover, and automation can be paused for a contact when a person should take over.

Will every Instagram account have every feature?

No. Eligibility depends on the active Crevyro plan, the connected professional account, granted Meta permissions, messaging windows and provider rules.

Are plan limits only visual?

No. Message, account, feature and operational limits are checked by the backend as part of workspace access and automation processing.

Ready to build

Start with one conversation you repeat every day.

Connect an eligible Instagram professional account, choose the trigger, write the response and keep control from one workspace.
