Disconnecting is not the same as deleting.
Disconnect an Instagram account when you only want future automation to stop. Permanently delete the workspace when you want active Crevyro account data removed. If you cannot sign in, send a verified manual request.

Delete the Crevyro workspace
Removes the workspace and its active application data after the permanent-deletion flow completes.

Use email when you cannot reach the workspace but still need deletion or Meta app-user removal support.

Path A · Disconnect only
Stop the Instagram connection. Keep the workspace.
This path is appropriate when you no longer want Crevyro to process future events for a linked Instagram account but may still need the workspace, records or another connected account.
Open Instagram setup
Sign in to Crevyro and go to the connected Instagram account controls.
Select Disconnect
Choose the account you want to remove and review the effect on its automations.
Confirm the action
The active connection record is removed and future automation processing through that linked account stops.
Path B · Permanent workspace deletion
Delete the account and active application data.
Inside Account & data, Crevyro requires the literal word DELETE before submitting the permanent action. The process attempts to stop renewable billing before removing the workspace.
Subscription first
Crevyro attempts to cancel an active renewable subscription so future renewal is not left attached to a deleted account.
Provider cleanup
Connected-provider cleanup and Instagram disconnect work may be queued and retried when a provider is temporarily unavailable.
Identity removal
The deletion process attempts to remove the associated Firebase account as part of cross-system cleanup.
Workspace data
Active Crevyro workspace records are removed through the account-deletion process.
What application data is removed
Deletion aims to remove active workspace data such as connected-account records, automations, leads, messages, notifications, usage records and related support data stored by the service.
What may remain temporarily
Some backup copies, security logs or payment-provider records may remain for a limited period while normal retention cycles complete or where law, fraud prevention, accounting or tax obligations require retention.
Meta app-user removals
This is Crevyro’s public deletion information page. Where an app-user deletion callback or platform removal process also applies, Crevyro may process the corresponding request using the identifiers provided through that channel.
Response expectations
Verified requests are normally acknowledged within 48 hours and handled as soon as reasonably possible after identity and request scope can be confirmed.

Do not send secrets: never include passwords, one-time passwords, Instagram credentials, access tokens, full card details or UPI PINs.
Include these safe details
- the relevant Instagram username;
- the connected creator or business name, if known;
- the approximate interaction or account date;
- the scope of data you want removed; and
- a safe way to verify the request.
Use workspace controls first when you still can.
They provide the clearest path to disconnect the correct Instagram account or confirm permanent workspace deletion.
